Returns
Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase from CharmCipher. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
If your product was purchased from a retail partner, please process your return directly through the retailer according to their return policies.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
Returns, refunds, and exchanges are not available for custom or personalized jewelry.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and authorization to process the return from CharmCipher. Please email us at yf930629@gmail.com to begin the return process. Our processing time for return requests is typically 3 business days.
Repairs
We understand that even carefully handled jewelry can sometimes break or become damaged. We will gladly perform repairs on broken jewelry, if possible, for a fee of $5 USD plus return shipping costs.
To request a repair, please email us at yf930629@gmail.com with a photo of your product. We will confirm whether it can be repaired and provide shipping instructions.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification confirming that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 3 business days of the approval notice.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please email us at yf930629@gmail.com for instructions.
Return Shipping
Once authorized to return your product, you will receive the return shipping address via email. Please do not send any products back without prior authorization.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs when returning an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on your location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you can vary.
We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
